 Homemade Ketchup




Ingredients 
6 ounce can of tomato paste
8 ounce can of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2/3 cup water
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions
1. Put all ingredients in a sauce pan and mix well.
2. Bring to boil, then simmer for 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Pull off heat and let it cool, then bottle.

This is the sauce, Dago burger and the hot sausage recipes. Lots of ingredients, but fairly easy to make. You start by making the hot sausage. CHICK-FIL-A Crispy Fried Chicken copycat  I love fried chicken and this is my fav!  Ingredients 4 chicken breasts cut into pieces  2 cups pickle juice 1 cup milk 2 large eggs 2 cups of flour 4 tablespoons of powered sugar  2 teaspoons paprika 2 teaspoons black pepper 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon celery salt 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper or 1 tablespoon for spicy Sauce 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 3 teaspoons yellow mustard 2 teaspoons BBQ sauce  2 tablespoons honey 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon lemon juice Instructions 1. Cut chicken up into 2 inch pieces, put in a sealable bag or a bowl in pickle juice and marinate for 8 hours or overnight. 2. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and set aside. 3.
