Olive Salad

 Olive Salad





I originally was trying to find where I could buy a jar and could not find it anywhere, so I ended up making it and it turned out really good!

Ingredients
1 can of black olives, 6 ounce
1 jar of green olives, 16 ounce
4 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 cup of chopped giardiniera 
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar 
2 tablespoons of chopped pickled cocktail onions
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano 
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
1.In a large bowl, pour the black and green olives and crush with your fingers. A knife chopps it up too fine. 
2. Add all the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
3. Serve on sandwiches, pizza or almost anything. Can be placed a in jar in the frig for future use.
