Hot Wings





These are great wings that anybody can do. The hardest part of this recipe, is cleaning the baking racks.

Ingredients 
3 pounds of chicken wings
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon paprika 
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Ranch or blue cheese dressing (optional for side)

Sauce
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup hot sauce
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce 
2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Cut the wing tip off all the chicken wings and toss.
3. Cut all the wings in half, between the drumette and wingette.
4. Put all seasonings into a large bowl, mix well and then put all the wingettes and drumettes in, toss till they are all coated and let sit for 10 minutes.
5. Heat a sauce pan to medium high with all the sauce ingredients. Cook till it bubbles, constantly stirring, then pull off heat and set aside. 
6. Line a large baking sheet with tinfoil, put baking rack over the baking sheet and coat the racks with oil.
7. Place all the chicken drumettes and wingettes evenly across the racks and bake for 20 minutes.
8. Pull out and turn all the wings and bake for another 20 minutes.
9. Pull out again, turn all the wings and bake for another 20 minutes. The total cooking time is 60 minutes, so this is the last time.
10. Pull out of oven and put all the chicken into a large bow and put the sauce over the chicken and toss.
12. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
