Simple Cheese Cake




A simple cheese cake recipe which is very tasty!

Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust
2 cups of crushed graham crackers
9 tablespoons of melted butter
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of brown sugar

Cheesecake
32 ounces of cream cheese (4 8oz packages)
2/3 cups sour cream
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325F 

2. Line the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

3. Add crushed graham crackers to a bowl combining, sugar, and brown sugar, and melted butter and stir well and mix with a fork.

4. Pour crumb mixture into the springform pan and press firmly on the bottom going up the edge and set aside.

5. In the large bowl or a stand mixer add cream cheese and mix until smooth.

5. Add sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract, and salt, and stir until well mixed. 

6. Add lightly beaten eggs, one at a time, and stirring into the mixture.

7. Pour cheesecake batter into prepared springform pan. 

8. Bake on 325F  for 75 minutes. 

9. Remove from oven and cool for 2 hours and then cool in frig for another 6 hours. 

10. Top with your favorite fruit and serve.
