Beef and Broccoli with Red Peppers and Rice



Awesome tasty dish!

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups rice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 cloves minced garlic
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 pound sirloin tip
1 head broccoli. blanched 
1 red pepper, blanched and thinly sliced

Directions
1. Blanche broccoli and red pepper and drain and set aside.

2. In a bowl add chicken broth, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, cornstarch, sriracha and salt. Stir well and set aside.

3. Heat a large deep skillet to high medium heat and cut sirloin up into 2 inch thin slices and brown. 

4. Add olive olive oil, garlic, sesame seeds and onion and cook for another 3 minutes.

5. Give the bowl of sauce one more stir and pour into the skillet and turn down heat and simmer for 10 minutes, siring occasionally. 

3. Cook your rice.

4. Add ginger, broccoli and red peppers and cover and cook for another 10 minutes and then serve.
