Hash Casserole

Hash Casserole I was looking for a way to use a can of hash and come up with this recipe. Ingredients 1 can hash, 15 ounce 1 onion, diced 8 eggs 1 tablespoon butter 4 cups of 1/2 inch cubed bread 1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese, divided 1 tablespoon garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 red bell pepper, diced 1 1/4 cups cream or evaporated milk 1/4 cup chopped parsley 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes Directions 1. Preheat over to 350 degrees 2. In a large skillet, put butter, onions, bell pepper and garlic and cook for about 5 minutes. Then add the hash to the skillet and cook for another 4 minutes, then set aside. 3. In a large bowl, add milk, eggs, mustard, salt, pepper and mix well.
